INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTIONS BLOCK ON ACCOUNT

My Account was blocked for international transactions with no notice.

My parents in Zambia own a duplicate card for their income needs and have not been able to draw for weeks now.

I was told to contact Forex department which I emailed last week Thursday - no feedback despite the automated response saying 48 hours.

I called on Monday and was told issue has been escalated and will be resolved within 48 hours. Its Wednesday today and there is still a block on my account.

FYI - one has to hold for over 30 minutes just to get through rhe Forex team.

My Netflix subscription cant go though, Amazon subscription cant go through, my Apple subscriptions cant go though and my parents are sitting in Zambia with no money.

What am i to do to get this sorted? So much for "how can we help you" when I have to be so inconvenienced in accessing my money.
