I called in on 25 November 2017, ********** 404 after 2pm and informed FNB that I Tashrieq Abdurahman will be travelling to United Arab Emirates from 4/12/2017 till 23/12/2017 and to open my card for international transactions and was informed it will be. But today I want to transact in Makkah, Saudi Arabia and cannot. I need the bank to call me on 00 ********** 198352 to clarify this as I cannot call to South Africa, but I can receive calls. This is unacceptable. Thank you
