International slow lounge

International Slow lounge : I spoke to Itumaleng regarding my travel. He advised that they will upgrade me to private client for both credit and debit card. He advised that this will provide me with access to all international slow lounges. I have spent alot of money on my travel with my FNB account and travelling long distance. (Paris, Argentina, Brazil) . I was just called and advised I cannot use the slow lounge as I am on ebucks level 2. I have been on much higher ebucks levels and not sure how with my new card i am on level 2. Please can you investigate as I will be travelling next week and need access to the international slow lounges
