International Payment Blocked

It is the same complaint I made this month and it has not been resolved.

FNB (Forex) decides to block international payments on all my cards for no reason or without warning. I have to make monthly payments (medical aid) and this cannot wait as late payments are hampering the insurance policy. After going through my FBN agent at Pretoria Menlyn, calling several times (and waiting long hours) and Hello Peter via a high priority complaint, it seemed to be resolved.

While trying to pay my monthly bill this month, FNB Forex has blocked international payments again. This is honestly driving me nuts.

It also seems that FNBforex cannot read e-mails/complaints properly. I asked to re-instated international limits for two cards explicitly and they temporarily did one card, only. Now, both cards are blocked again for international payment, whereas I have to make monthly payments as requested in my complaints.
