International nightmares with FNB

Utterly disgusted with FNB! We phoned the bank to open our accounts for international travel and was informed that this is fine. Now we are in Amsterdam, my husbands accounts are all blocked and Nobody responds. When we phone they cannot help. Now we cannot buy food and have to rely on friends for accommodation. We were put through to 7 different people in one call!!! Utterly disappointed!!! I will never recommend FNB to anyone for this!! They sell you dreams and then give you nightmares!!!
