International monthly card limit

I have been on secure chat for over 30 mins now, being bumped from agent to agent. International monthly card limit is R7,500 and I cannot increase it. Overseas with no access to my cash. They say I can call forex tomorrow! I have not been able to resolve this since yesterday and cannot swipe or draw.
