International Lounge key

FNB is advertising a lounge key for its private wealth customers, but it seems nearly impossible to get one. Ive been given the run around for almost two weeks straight, and the only way to get a response from them these days is to post a complaint on social media.

I called the private wealth call centre two weeks ago, and the first consultant and no clue what I was requesting. I called again the next day, and was told to use the app. After more calls, I discovered that a global account first needs to be open, so I went into online banking and opened one of these global accounts. I called the wealth call centre again, and asked how do I get a lounge key, and they were clueless again, and said I should look in the app. I did check, and there was no option on the app. I was then directed to the forex call centre, who again directed me to the app, and there is no option on the app. All I want is the international lounge key access card, why is this so difficult.
