International ATM and POS Limits

Pathetic service from the telephone consultant. I went to the bank cos I failed to increase my international limit and was told they have to call someone on telephone, I managed to speak to someone but said she did and wasn’t really helpful as she did want to update the limits on all my cards. Got home and still find the limits are R1200. I tried to call them today and after holding for about 30min, one *********** consultant answered the phone, he asked me about my details and when putting me to the secure line for verification his line went dead and no decency of of calling me back. I have been a loyal customer for FNB for almost 10years but now y’all getting big headed and taking my loyalty for a fool. Am traveling to Zambia on Monday morning and it saddens me to know I won’t have access to my hard earned money cos of your incompetencies.

The only way I will be happy is if my international limits are increased on my cards by the time I fly out on Monday otherwise I will forever be unhappy with FNB..
If the person I spoke to yesterday was competent and told me the international limits are done by cards department then I would have done that yesterday but instead she misled me by telling me that it’s done now & now am chasing tail and worried, am inconvenienced with my own money.
Oh FNB, you try to simply banking but smaller banks are doing better than you ????
