INTERIM Paid up letter waiting period

I am unhappy about the time it takes for FNB to provide a paid up letter.I paid up my loans on 12/09/2019 and was told i have to wait for 45 days for a paid up letter,what nonsense is that when they can clearly see that my account is paid up.I then asked for an interim paid up letter and i was told that it takes 7 days and i should call after 7 days.I wouldn't have called if it wasn't urgent.Kindly assist as this is very urgent.
