Interest was charged for a fault on their side

<p>i was charged interest on my account because the number on my statement was my old card number and it was not updated by FNB to my new card number as I upgraded from gold to platinum. I have made numerous calls and I have references and went into the banks all unable to assist in anyway. Service is pathetic. </p>
