Interest rebate issue

Good day,

I have queried this more than once and nobody's response is to my liking. I did not receive an interest rebate on my bank account this month, I spoke to a premier banker on Saturday (20/08) who told me it was as a result of me going over my limit on the 20th-23rd of July 2016. But at this stage my limit was R27 000 so I was not over my limit. I then spoke to another consultant on Sunday (21/08) and last night(22/08) who said that on the 25th of July 2016 I was over my limit. Which it looks like I was but it also seems like FNB took my salary into account only after my purchases for this day and charge interest on this! This is also incorrect. I received my salary and then made purchases, not visa versa - I have the sms's to prove this. Even so, how can FNB allow a purchase if there were no funds, Now I am penalised. Oh and My smart device debit order was also taken off on the 25th BEFORE my salary credited to my account, I asked for this debit order date to be changed but also no feedback - has this been done or not? I have laid a complaint and a refund request with no feedback as yet. I would like feedback please and also a straight story from FNB.
