Interest rates complaint.

I have had a bond with FNB for more than 10 years but my interest rates have not decreased. I am not happy with the way they are handling my account. I have tried several times to contact them but they keep shunting me around and beating about the bush. What's even more aggravating is that one needs to communicate over the phone, there is no physical office where you can meet and have issues resolved.
