Interest rate nightmare

I wrote to fnb complaining about high interest rate and asked that they give me a better n lower interest rate since my husband lost his job and I am suffering. I was informed my bond is in errors I must settle the errors. With assistance I was able to settle the errors. Now m again starting the conversation to say please give me a better interest rate and fix it until my situation is improved. Again please fix my credit because on credit score it says my bond is in errors
