Interest Rate Increase is ridiculous!

I received a letter with the increase in the interest rate and it is becoming ridiculous. It have increased drastically and it is almost 20 percent. It had so many increases even when I paid it off I still received an increase letter. I am so fed up with fnb it is 1 problem after the next. I want a call from a business manager not a customer care consultant!!! I have been requesting this for <br> some time or a senior manager from the fnb head office!
