interest rate hike form 7,5 % to 17,75% in one month!!

Got my credit card statement for July to see the interest rate has increased from 7,25% in June to 17,75% in July.

No notification or explanation. I called and was told that they would come back to me in 5 to 7 working days with an answer! Tried calling my Private Banker, but no reply. Asked to talk to a manager and was told You guessed it the manager is on a call!

So I am now in the market shopping for a new bank after been with FNB for over 11 Years
