Interest Rate differs from Quote

Good day

i have taken up an overdraft on the 12 May 2020. Have not used it until now and having a look on my online banking and notice that the agreed rate on the customer agreement is not the same as the debit rate on my account. I have attempted to call in to enquire and the lines arent working after i enter my ID Number. PLease can someone contact me to recitify
