Interest rate changes without informing customer
I have had an FNB credit card for the past 10 years but in the past two years I started noticing that my interest rates on my budget purchases go up without being informed. I have logged several calls online and have spoken to one of their consultants but I see no changes. I am very dissapointed in their service and hope to finish paying the balance so I can move to another bank.
