INTEREST CHANGED FROM VARIABLE TO FIXED WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE

My homeloan interest rate was changed without my knowledge and FNB is not providing evidence as to who and why this was done. They are also not responding to any of my emails and phone calls are not fruitful.
