Interest calculations

<p>I received my credit card statement 09/07/2017. I queried the interest charged and received feedback 12/07/2017 (ref ********** 4 ) that does not make sense. I then asked for the interest calculation and received feedback on 14/07/2017 (ref ********** 1) that they do not provide calculations. I then asked for the calculations again and received feedback on 17/07/2017 (ref ********** 9) that I will receive the calculations within 7-14 working days (I was also incorrectly addressed as Mrs., for some or other reason) . I have not received any calculations to date. I am of the opinion that the calculation is wrong hence the request for the calculation. Send me the interest calculation, surely you have got nothing to hide?</p>
