Intentionally wasting my time and lying

After the ***** of the last post, which was admitted by FNB but nothing done about it, my business banker for my company calls me tells me to go to Greenstone branch with docs and that they would expect me at 14h00. Got there at two and they did not have a clue who I was. Told my banker this and got a snotty send me the docs email. If I could send the docs why first send me to the branch and as I said I can't scan the docs - an email you also elected to ignore. No wonder FNB is the bank most people want to leave. I've had ***** committed by it and lies told in less than a month and that's from a bank!
