INTENTIONAL INCONVENIENCE BY FNB

How do block my account from being able to do transactions, when I've visited your Branch literally a month ago to submit all KYC documents and was told that they are on order and there's no need to submit. I've had to miss out on doing an important transaction because of FNB's disservice.
