My phone got ****** and I contacted FNB to process a claim and received an email about 2 weeks and I still have not been called, emailed and no attempts have been made to resolve the issue. WHAT THE HELL DOES ONE PAY INSURENCE FOR? Unbelievable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!FNB is becoming worse by THE HOUR!
