INSURED FOR WHAT

Very poor service. I have a personal loan with FNB that have insurance that pay up the loan when you lose your job. I have been submitting claim after claim not receiving any response. Received an SMS stating I'm not covered anymore because of failure to paying the loan. Loan is now far in arrears just because of poor service. And one has a bad credit record now. Thank you FNB for *****ing my monies when it was going well. Now that I need your help there is none.
