Insurance with FNB is pathetic!
The insurance department at FNB is pathetic!!!!! I put my clame in on the 27th of November. I got 1 email back from a lady and not again. I emailed her over and over again, phoned the customer line and all i get is im sorry for your loss.
I got ****** twice in 1 week . i pay R800 a month on insurance and all i get is sorry mam.
Sorry is not paying what im paying FNB. Worst ever. I moved away from my previous insurance because FNB promised a better service. But clearly its just another lie. Really disappointed.
