Insurance / what insurance !

I dread the day I joined FNB Insurance Brokers. I have never had a pleasent experience. All i get is debit orders that go off without fail. I claimed for windscreen late December last year. it took 2 weeks and 10 calls to get authorization. Now I'm had a mishap with a toddler breaking stuff accidentally. 24 calls and counting NO ONE HAS EVER CALLED ! COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY AND MY TIME. SIMPLE DECLINE OR APPROVE THE CLAIM . IT'S GOING TO BE A MONTH ALREADY
