Insurance *******

So after having to fight to get my refund being **** to by numerous call centre agents I finally got the money however bearing in mind that I am not working so living off from uif today money gets debited from my account to pay you guys when the insurance is covering it. I am apparently able to transfer the money back however will be charged for money that I'm taking back from you when you weren't supposed to take it in the first place seriously now man it's just one ***** up after the next with you guys. Why take money from someone when insurance is being paid to you on a monthly basis. This is pathetic!!!
