Insurance policies outdated, HELP

Fnb you have been an absolutely great with resolving some of my issues. With my income bening affected i have been on the line with various departments since 10h15 and nothing has been resolved and waster over a 100 of airtime, with money that I don't have. My credit card insurance only covers for 6 months as my insurance is an old policy of 2015.No one has updated me in respect of the insurance policy or made changes...i have advised the lady my line will cut hoping she will call back as my airtime is up. I had a revolving loan of R30, 000 in 2018 i paid R25, 000 and kept the loan open for emergencies, i have however been told that i cancellles my insurance of the revolving loan. Why would i cancel my revolving loan insurance and not credit card and loan insurance please. I cannot make arrangements to pay anything at the moment. The tourism industry has been badly affected and the future looks bleak.
