Insurance police without permission

Fnb called me for a quote and never agreed or took up insurance police. They started to debit my account from November I called them to tell them I never took up insurance they only refunded me January. They advised they need to listen to call recording how can it take weeks to find a recording I just need my refund I already have insurance for my car I dont need another one
