Insurance not for the self employed

I am a nail tech and due to government laws, I can only work again on level 1. I have lost ALL my income and I have an affidavit as well as bank statements to prove this as I am self employed. I pay insurance on a monthly basis with FNB to cover my expenses in times like these. I have done everything I possibly could from my side, I even upgraded my account to a private clients account and just to get a useless private banker. First day she phoned to ask what she can assist me with, I sent all the information and she said she will provide me with feedback within a week. That was 3 weeks ago. No claim has been submitted to the insurance. When I try to submit a claim, I am not permitted to as I am self employed. Even though I am self employed, I pay the insurance on a monthly basis and I have not missed a payment until Covid 19 lockdown forced by Government. I want to either claim from the insurance I have been paying for for years or I want a full refund of all the money paid to that insurance if they are unwilling to pay out any claims due to being self employed. If no feedback is received I will be opening a case at the ombudsman. I am so sick and tired of the lack of help and support from FNB. Worst bank to bank with! I am moving my accounts.
