Insurance - Disability claim

I submitted a disability policey on the 9th May 2025, for 3 claims on the 16th June I was told two of the polices were ready for pay out, now the 23rd of June still waiting for pay out the third policey and I cannot get any progreses reports from FNB, despite all that FNB has now handed me over for legal collection, despite that if they did not take a month and half to review my case and got my payment promptly, I would not have a judgement on my name because od their quick responses
