Insurance covet

Been waiting since last week and monday for a response in respect of my debt, no call, no feedback.

I went onto the secure chat and they can provide info. Always pillar to post with fnb. No direct amswer.

The whole world is in a pandenic and we are at home with little or no salary, yet you no assisiting.

My insurance on my loans and cc should cover tje loss of income as this is beyond my control. Can someone provide feedback please.
