Fnb Insurance claims. I am on *** for 53 minutes now. I need urgent help with a death claim. This wait is unacceptable. Your app isn't finalizing my claim. The funeral is on Saturday. The claim needs to go to SAPS as well . My number is ***

04 Sept 2025, 05:02Thanks to Shane at the 8 Smith Street Branch (I believe the address is correct) of Empangeni for going all out to assist and to Hlengiwe for processing my claim on your system yesterday. The app failed me since Tuesday. We're quite sensitive when grieving and wish all processes could go smoothly. I'm glad my insurance claim is in progress!
