After 4 successful debit of insurance I lost my phone. They refusing to pay me. When I was insuring my phones they did not ask me for anything and I did emphasize to them that the phone was a birthday gift. Now they want proof of purchase. Where do I get. They told me that the insurance is not going to pay me. I will suggest they pay my money back. What where they debiting for?
