Insurance claim with fnb bank

Good day, I have insurance with fnb for short term house holds ,last year September they broke in to my house I went to open a case and claimed with fnb and the process was very long and they treated me so bad even today I haven’t even received the findings and money of all things I have lost ,everyday you sign an affidavit of a third party investigation officer until I told em am not signing anything I want my money back

Please help me finalise the claim and get money to replace everything I have lost
