Insurance claim

Good day. Being retrenched since March this year not due to Covid 19 though,it has been a mission to get a hold of somebody senior at FNB Homeloans and Credit Life departments. FNB Life has covered my mortgage in May and June only so far. My debit order had still been running off my account for May and June and WENT OFF AS AN UNPAID due to insufficient funds. This is now affecting my capital balance on my mortgage account. I have made about 20 plus phonecalls and umteen emails to both departments with no avail. The payment for July has still not been paid to date. The insurance should have covered my payments for six months at a time which Credit Life agreed upon. Can someone SENIOR from either department PLEASE phone me regarding this issue which is putting a lot of pressure on my family and i.
