Insurance

Hi guys I was involved in a car accident where my car was bumped by on the right-hand side wheel on a intersection where the robot was lighting green light to me and the person who bumped said the robot turn red on her side and she moved and collided with me and now she's say she doesn't believe that was her fault and I have been given a letter of demand by her insurance legal team and now my car has been taken to the towing storage after that accident and the don't want to account on the matter as before she said her insurance will take of everything but is different story. Please help
