Insurance ****

I honestly am considering legal action against FNB. I'VE never seen such poor service accept for government run services. I put in a claim almost 3 weeks ago, I haven't received any feedback yet. They responded to my review on hellopeter with usual lies and gave me a ref number. I never heard from them again. Im.really considering legal action, this has to be *******. I paid my insurance and now that its time to pay out they ignoring me.
