Insufficient funds charge

This morning my debit order was supposed to go through but i had an unexpected charge come through so i didn't have enough funds for it. FNB charged me R110 for having insufficient funds! Are you kidding me in this current pandemic , FNB charging people R110 for having insufficient funds for a debt order, i don't mind paying a fee but R110 is absolutely ridiculous considering people are struggling and also Telkom only tried to debit the amount once.
