Institutionalised bullies
<p>I have a small bond on a property, and I am less than two months in arrears, but have made arrangements and I am paying the arrears on a monthly basis. I was late with the payment, and then I get an sms that my property will be sold on public auction. These bullying type tactics are unacceptable as the amount in arrears is really small!!! </p>
