Instant payroll is a waste of time!

I have the instant accounting system for my company. I have been trying since 16 Sep 2019 to submit my 201908 for SARS. I go onto the instant payroll to get the interim report and every single time I upload it onto Easyfile, I get an error. I have tried on 16 Sep, 23 Sep, 25 Sep, 2 Oct and twice on 13 Oct 2019 and get errors. I have sent multiple emails to FNB and they reply a week later if they even reply. Never have I come across such a useless system. And the errors are always different, they are not the same. I had the same problems with my 201902 files too. I am trying to run a business and do not have time for this incompetence as it wastes my time. Please FNB get your Sh*t together!!!!!!!!!!!!
