Insolvent

Good day I'm Ancilla Mackrill,I am a consumer at the bank for over 4 years,I app**** for an temporary loan in 2019 and the loan was paid up in November 2019,it's been two years now and the loan is still open and is reflecting badly on my credit profile, despite me,going to the branch where they failed to help me I was told I need to contact a number they gave me,I contacted them more than 5 times,witch didn't help much,all I was given was a paid up letter,later in 2020 I wanted to apply for credit only to find out that I have a loan that is still open and it's FNB temporary loan,and it is giving my credit history a bad name,I went back to the branch very angry still they couldn't help because it was a call center dealing with that,I phoned again and was told they would close the loan,it's been two years now,the loan is currently still open,after going to the branch,made over 15 phone calls, chatting to agents more then 5 times it's still the same,I'm being denied credit because they didn't do their job,I have a bad credit profile because they didn't do their job,I'm so Fed up with them I'm even changing my banks
