Inside *****

Yesterday I struggled for hours trying to purchase with Checkers 60-60 and gave up. I cried and gave up. This happens every time. I never get the approval message or PIN. I had SIM SWAP ***** on my FNB phone in January. I know it was an inside FNB job, because ONLY FNB can do FNB SIM swaps. Since then, I have struggled. I went into the bank TWICE to change the number where my messages are sent, but NO SUCESS. I think my messages still go to the number that was ******. Not the other number I supp****.

On top of that FNB bluntly REFUSES to issue a SIM card with the same number as before. My account is debited monthly for a SIM that I don't have, and the people at FNB don't know how to change that. They simply continue with the *****ulent debits month after month. I have 2 open cases on this matter, in vain. Cases ***NF and 817501. I think I can open 10 cases and still not have success. It is really hard being a customer of FNB. I don't know why I'm still with this bank?

Still no success. FNB locked all my cards and refuse to unlock them. I've spent a long time on the phone with one of their consultants, without success. I'm slowly moving my stuff to Capitec. It is too difficult to bank with FNB and the support is pathetic. I currently have 3 open cases and none are being resolved.

Wow, are you impatient and rude?
I received the SIM yesterday and it was activated today. A few hours later (not even one day) you close the query because ( apparently ) you could not reach me?How did you try to reach me? Which number did you call?
I am a disabled person. I cannot change the SIM in my phone. I need help from an abled person to do it.Unfortunately, I do not have servants standing in line at my beck and call. I have to wait until somebody has free time to help me to change the SIM.
I went to the branch (Brooklyn - call them to confirm about the lady in the wheelchair) twice before to resolve this issue, without success. I have struggled MONTHS with FNB to make any progress on this issue.
Now that I have finally received a card that MAY work, you expect me to jump up and down, miraculously leave my wheelchair and attend to your beck and call? So you took several months to do anything at all, but you expect me, a disabled person, to fix everything within a few minutes?
Go to hell!
