Insecure loan from dstv

I have a problem with FNB as they listed that I took an insecure loan with DStv on my navigation money profile. I have done all I can to find out who took a loan with my name because dstv knows nothing about me taking a loan with them. My banker Melvin Dlamini said I must not worry about that. I was advised to email navmoney department. I spoke to Sihle April who decided to not to respond to messages. So that’s it I have a loan I don’t know about and FNB decided to be mum about. Help!!!
