Insane pricing from FNB

I’m so shocked to have to pay to download a bank statement older than 3 months. Can FNB please explain what is the cost of enabling free download of your own bank statement... R6,54 is the amount you have to pay PER bank statement. I call that *******.

Hi, Thanks for your response. Yes I did receive an email from FNB Business Banking. The email received contained only your T&Cs & Pricing which doesn't answer my question. How come downloading a Statement is costing you anything? Thanks for investigating and providing an answer.
