Insane!!

Seems it is me and the banks this past week, REALLYYY! I have lodged a complaint on Private Banking with FNB in last week and up till today I have not had any fricken assistance! PATHETIC!!!!!!! Your reference number is *******. Since COVID many a Business has forgotten that their Clientele keeps them going! I am utterly dissapointed and would like to know what else I must do, perhaps start keeping my money under my matress!!
