Innovatively STUPID!!!

I find that when wanting statements from FNB is a daunting task. You can't get print statements from the ATM when you have a Fusion card, financial institutions do not accept internet printed statements even when stamped by the bank & I cannot download a latest statement from the online banking facility as all statements are from the 13th to the 13th of each month. I mean this is ridiculousness so much so that you're sent from pillar to post to be eventually told you have to pay for your statements from inside the bank. This is really stupid! I never had this issue with Standard Bank. Standard Bank made banking easier. FNB just makes it difficult yet they boast about being the most innovative bank... What's so innovative about not being able to print statements for periods you want? FNB are backwards when it comes to innovation... I just want a freaken statement for the dates I want. This is so unnecessary & such an inconvenience.
