Innocent but declared GUILTY by FNB!!!

A month ago I was ****med when using E-wallet to send money to an individual, without any communication my bank account was frozen. I contacted the bank and was consulted to go to my local branch, Koffiefontein Free State. All I got from the Manager Debbie, was that the account was in fact blocked due to a ***** investigation, but that they were unable to assist further. I got the debit card ***** details on the internet and got hold of Neil, according to him he works in the investigation department. He requested that I immediately go to the nearest police station to write an affidavit and send it to an email that he would’ve sent to me. After my account was unblocked, without any correspondence from Neil or the bank, there was an amount put on reserve, again without any correspondence. Again I phoned a branch, this time I phoned Luchoff Branch to see if I could get more assistance. There Abraham gave me the contact details of someone that was supposed to assist with my query, this was in fact the personal contact details of the individual who was ****med into paying money into my account and she took the opportunity to make her own threats towards me. I immediately contacted Neil again to find out how he could assist, he said Samantha would be contacting me. Samantha contacted and again said that I should send the affidavit, again I requested the email address - I sent the affidavit the following day. A month after my account was frozen, without any assistance or correspondence from FNB they deducted an amount from my account, whilst also keeping the initial amount on hold, with reference bank adjustment. Again I phoned Neil and Samantha and she said, I had to be patient her manager would phone. The manager of the ***** department, Martin phoned and also explained that Capitec gave them a letter raising the ***** issue on their customers’ accounts and requested the money to be repaid. All they did was to repay Capitec, he raised the concern that they can’t be certain that I am not the “*******”.
I am disappointed in FNB, I put my trust, my money, my family and my life in their hands. Not once did FNB take my record or my side of the story into consideration. FNB has all these adverti*****ts inviting us to be part of a better bank, but this is the treatment their clients of 28 years get from them? Innocent but declared GUILTY by FNB!!!

After my first complaint to “Hello Peter” I was ecstatic with the quick response from FNB. They really do care about their customers was my first thoughts. But, obviously not! FNB apparently cares more about Capitec Bank and their customers. After several promises, especially after Leonie T****ie (***** Manager | ***** and Disputes) actually agreed with me that I was treated unfair, I am still where I was when this whole saga started! Actually, I am even worst off!
FNB keeps on telling me to be patient (Martin Mulaudzi), it is a very complex matter! Patient! Unfortunately my creditors are not patient! Having to eat and live does not go well on patience!
How many times will this bucket be passed on, since I’ve already been dealt with by the whole department?
I have been banking with FNB for 28 years. I have trusted FNB to look after my money. I would have expected FNB to first investigate and get my opinion before reacting in the way they did! I have only one request and that is that FNB return the money that they have withdrawn from my account and paid over to their most Valuable client – Capitec Bank – immediately!
