Initiation fee charged on a declined credit card

ive been an fnb (how can we **** you off) client for over nine years last year around may/ june at first they approved it and all the paperwork was done only to get an sms a day later that my application was declined, a year later the credit card is still showing on my online bank profile. last week wednesday i went to fnb to ask them to remove it and i spoke to mandisa from da credit cards dep who was so rude and unhelpful to a point where i had to ask to be transferred to her team leader who promised that they will remove within 2/48 hours , a week later the account is still showing this time with a minus balance of 175 to make things worse FNB you have the nerve to debit my my day to day account with the same 175 and say its the initiation fee for the credit card you declined what kind of nosense is that? i want my money and that stupid account of yours removed from my pofile.
