If I could rate this negative stars I would.

Your service is absolutely ****ing useless. What was the point of rebranding back in 2022 if you were going to continue with such ****ty service????

I am still waiting for delivery of my credit card. The bank and courier company keep blaming each other. I get calls about how this is being escalated but nobody does any ****ing thing!

They claim they need to confirm my surname....I've confirmed it 5 times already. What the hell is going on???
