I want the 1200 rands FNB stole from my account.

I made a payment yesterday, the first transaction declined. I therefore decided to use a different card to attempt the payment again and it went through on the second card. The place I was making a purchase IN STORE NOT ONLINE, gave me the declined receipt as proof that it declined. I even have a reversal email from FNB after I came back and then like ******* in the night FNB stole the declined transaction amount. I paid with 2 different cards so it would be easily identifiable if they do this and this amount is the ONLY purchase o made yesterday. I did not use it again for anything. I want my money before the end of today with the charges I incurred for bounced debit order

The other thing that shows just how much FNB IS ****MING THE REVERSAL WAS REMOVED FROM MY BANKING APP BUT I HAVE THE EMAIL THEY SENT
